Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

 

 An order is considered confirmed only after a minimum of 50% of the total amount has been paid.

 

 Orders that do not meet the 50% advance payment requirement will not be processed.

 

The remaining balance (final 50%) must be paid directly to the brand through the approved payment channels and before delivery

 

 Payments made to the delivery company or delivery personnel are not recognized as valid payments and will be considered unpaid in the system.

 

 The order remains the property of the brand until the full amount has been settled.

 

 No returns or refunds will be accepted if urgent orders are delayed.

 

 Delivery & Shipping Policy

   Delivery charges are separate and managed by an external delivery company.

 

  The brand does not operate or control delivery services directly.

 

  Delivery fees are paid independently by the customer and are non-refundable.

 

 Production & Processing Time (Customized / Made-to-Order)

   The standard production period for customized or made-to-order abayas is 2 to 3 weeks

 

  Production timelines may vary based on workload, order volume, or operational capacity.

 

  Customers will be informed in case of early completion or delays.

 

  During pop-ups and exhibitions, delivery timelines are provided on the spot, and processing may take longer than usual due to high demand.

 

  Timelines are approximate and may change due to workload, material availability, or factors beyond our control

 

   The voucher is valid for 3 weeks. And the execution time depends on workload.

 

   Minor size variation may occur due to handmade tailoring.

 

   We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse or inappropriate behavior

  The brand is not responsible for any damage once the item been delivered to the customer.

 

   Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within one month, and we reserve the right to offer the item for sale again

 Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

  Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a completely incorrect abaya.

   Customized or made-to-order abayas cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

   Exchange is permitted only when a ready-to-wear alternative is available in stock.

 

   Items must be in unused and original condition to qualify for exchange.

 

 Alteration Policy

  Alterations for ready-to-wear abayas are offered free of charge.

  Free alterations are valid within the first three (3) days from the date of delivery  and before removing the tag.

 

   After one week from delivery, alteration fees will apply.

  Customized abayas cannot be returned or refunded, however alterations may be provided if required.

 

 Customer Acknowledgment

  The brand reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

   By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

 

 

 

الشروط و الاحكام - بثينة اوفيشال

 

سياسة الدفع و تاكيد الطلب

يعتبر الطلب موكد فقط بعددفع 50% على الاقل من المبلغ الاجمالي

أي طلب لا يستوفي شرط الدفعة المقدمة بنسبة 50%  لن يتم العمل عليه أو معالجته

يجب سداد النصف الثاني من المبلغ المتبقي مباشرة للعلامة عبر قنوات الدفع المعتمدة

أي دفعة يتم تسليمها لشركة التوصيل أو لموظف التوصيل لن تُعد دفعة صحيحة وستُعتبر غير مدفوعة في نظامنا

 

تبقى القطعة مملوكة للعلامة حتى يتم سداد كامل المبلغ

لا يسمح بالاسترجاع او التعويض في حال تاخير الطلبات المستعجلة

 

سياسة الشحن و التوصيل

 

 رسوم التوصيل منفصلة و تتم من خلال شركة توصيل خارجية 

العلامة لا تدير او تشغل خدمة التوصيل بشكل مباشر

 رسوم التوصيل يتحملها العميل بشكل مستقل و هي غير قابلة للاسترداد

 

 

مدة التنفيذ

 

المدة القياسية لتنفيذ العبايات المصممة حسب الطلب لا تقل عن 2 - 3 اسابيع

 

قد تتغير مدة التنفيذ حسب ضغط العمل او حجم الطلبات او القدرة التشغيلية

سيتم ابلاغ العميل في حال التسليم المبكر او حدوث تاخير

يتم تحديد موعد التسليم في نفس الوقت و قد تستغرق العملية وقتا اطول بسبب كثافة الطلبات  خلال المعارض و الفعاليات

   مواعيد التنفيذ تقريبية و قد تختلف حسب ضغط العمل او توفر الخامات او ظروف خارجة عن الارادة

الفاوجر جاري لمدة 3 اسابيع كحد اقصى و مدة التنفيذ على حسب ضغط الشغل

 قد توجد فروقات بسيطة في المقاسات نتيجة الخياطة اليدوية

   نحتفظ بحق رفض الخدمة في حال الاساءة او سوء التعامل

 

 لا تتحمل العلامة التجارية اي اضرار بعد تسليم القطعة للعميل

   سيتم الغاء الطلب اذا لم يتم استلام الدفع خلال شهر, و يحق لنا اعادة عرض القطعة للبيع مجددا

 

 

سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

 

المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة الاسترجاع الا في حالة وجود خطا كامل في العباية

العبايات المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للارجاع او الاسترداد نهائيا

يسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حال توفر عباية جاهزة بديلة في المخزون

يجب ان تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة و بحلتها الاصلية لتكون مؤهلة للاستبدال

 

 

سياسة التعديلات

 

تعديلات المقاس للعبايات الجاهزة مجانية

   تكون التعديلات مجانية متاحة خلال الثلاث الايام الاولى من تاريخ الاستلام و قبل ازالة العلامة المعلقة

بعد مرور اسبوع من الاستلام سيتم تطبيق رسوم على التعديلات

العبايات المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للارجاع او الاسترداد, و يمكن اجراء تعديلات عند الحاجة

 

 إقرار العميل

 

  يحتفظ العلامة التجارية بحق تعديل او تحديث الشروط و الاحكام في اي وقت دون اشعار مسبق

   

عند اتقان الطلب يعتبر العميل قد قرأ و فهم ووافق على جميع الشروط و الاحكام المذكورة اعلاه
